Return policy

perfumify.eu sells exclusively digital content (an electronic product containing the contact details of a perfume supplier), delivered electronically. Due to the nature of the product, the following rules apply.

Right of withdrawal (general rule). A consumer — and a sole trader treated as a consumer — who concludes a distance contract is generally entitled to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason (Article 27 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014).

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, for which the consumer is obliged to pay a price, where the Seller has begun performance with the consumer’s prior and express consent, the consumer having been informed before performance began that they would thereby lose the right of withdrawal and having acknowledged this, and the Seller has provided confirmation of the conclusion of the contract (Article 38(13) of the Act on Consumer Rights).

In practice: by placing an order and ticking the relevant statement at checkout, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins (e.g., once a download link is made available or the file is sent to your email).

How to withdraw. If you have not consented to immediate delivery and the 14-day period has not expired, you may withdraw by sending a statement to franekfryz@gmail.com. You may use the statutory withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. The price will be refunded promptly, no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Complaints are handled under the Terms of Service (conformity of digital content with the contract, Chapter 5b of the Act on Consumer Rights).
