Privacy and Cookie Policy

 1. Data Controller. The controller of your personal data is Piotr Górecki, conducting business activity at ul. Zgodna 97, 30-444 Libertów, Poland, NIP (tax ID): [NIP], operating the online store perfumify.eu (the “Controller”). Contact: franekfryz@gmail.com.

 2. Scope and purposes of processing. We process data provided during purchase and contact (name, email address, billing details, address). Purposes and legal bases: performance of the contract and delivery of the digital product — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; issuing sales documents and tax/accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; handling complaints and pursuing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest); own marketing / newsletter (if you consent) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

 3. Recipients of data. Data may be shared with entities supporting the operation of the store: the e-commerce platform provider Shopify (Shopify International Ltd.), payment providers processing transactions in the store, the email service provider, the accounting office, and entities authorized under applicable law. Some providers may process data outside the EEA — in which case standard contractual clauses or other GDPR-compliant mechanisms apply.

 4. Retention period. We retain data for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the period required by law (including tax law) and for the limitation period of claims. Data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.

 5. Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

 6. Voluntariness. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the contract. Without it, we cannot fulfil the order.

 7. Cookies. The store uses cookies necessary for its operation (e.g., maintaining the cart and session) and — with your consent — analytical and marketing cookies.
